NBA Rumors: Chicago Bulls Hint At Chris Bosh Trade; Dwyane Wade, Rajon Rondo Campaign For Miami Heat Star

The Chicago Bulls brought in the biggest acquisition this NBA offseason when they signed Dwyane Wade of Miami Heat fame into their roster. Apart from D-Wade, the Jimmy Butler squad also landed Rajon Rondo from the Sacramento Kings. However, it looks like a Miami Heat Big Three reunion sans LeBron James will be seen in the Chicago Bulls locker room soon as Chris Bosh is said to be nearing a contract with the Nikola Mirotic squad.

While Jimmy Butler works for a gold medal in the Rio Olympics 2016, the Chicago Bulls are busy boosting the roster. If reports prove to be correct, then the Team USA leader might just come home with the majority of the Miami Heat big three in his locker room as a Chris Bosh contract is expected to be completed soon - a possibility that would see him working side by side Dwyane Wade. Will Pat Riley give up the only remaining link he has to the LeBron James era?

At the moment, the Miami Heat remain evasive on the Chris Bosh return possibilities. Despite the loss of both Dwyane Wade and LeBron James in his roster, Pat Riley appears unruffled by the necessity to give Chris Bosh a clear answer about his status with the NBA team.

"It's always fluid," said Pat Riley of the future of Chris Bosh with the Miami Heat. He added, "It always has been since there was a diagnosis and a decision for him not to play the rest of the season. It's a positive environment right now with Chris and his doctors. Our doctors are constantly communicating, more so now than ever. I know Chris wants to play. Obviously, we would be open to that but this is still a very fluid situation. On this day, there is not an answer. I wish I could give you one."

Riley further said, "I can't speak medically about this thing. I can only speak from a basketball standpoint. He's been working out and will probably continue to work out. From a basketball standpoint, is it complicated? It's only complicated based on the information we would get back from our doctors if there's ever a moment of truth, whether it's yes or no."

The uncertainty in his words is an apparent factor in the rumored rift between the Miami Heat and Chris Bosh. In almost similar way, Pat Riley also lost both Dwyane Wade and LeBron James due to his failure to immediately address their contracts. That is, other NBA teams snapped at the All-Star players as soon as they caught whiff of a Miami Heat turmoil. Will the Chicago Bulls pull off another Dwyane Wade stunt in Chris Bosh this offseason?

The answer remains unclear. What is certain is that the Chicago Bulls are a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference next NBA season. While Dwyane Wade and LeBron James are still on separate teams, it is safe to say that the Cleveland Cavaliers will face tough competition in the Jimmy Butler squad. As for Chris Bosh, the Miami Heat star appears to still be looking into the possibility of returning as a teammate of Hassan Whiteside and Goran Dragic.
