When Is Next GOP Presidential Debate? 2016 Full Schedule, Republican Seeks to Ban Donald Trump in Next Debate

The GOP apparently doesn't like Donald Trump's independent attitude. Trump has threatened more than once to boycott the Republican National Convention debates. It is now threatening to ban Donald Trump from party debates if he does not vow to pledge his allegiance to the GOP of America.

Trump is currently the front-runner in the GOP presidential race. He has said that if he doesn't get the nomination, which he may decide to run as an independent. His refusal to take the pledge to avoid running as an independent may get him booted from future debates. There would also be a move to restrict him from obtaining information on Republican voters. This, of course, raises the question as to whether the GOP can actually enforce such an action.

Because the RNC and the DNC are technically owned by the taxpayers, the RNC could theoretically ban Donald Trump from future debates. However, this particular move may not be in the best interest of the GOP given the fact that Trump seems to be solidly on top at this time as the GOP front-runner.

There is a great deal of debate at this time as to whether Trump could beat Hillary Clinton if both candidates were to win their respective nominations. But one thing that may work in Trump's favor with conservatives and moderates will be if he answers the pro-family survey in the way that those groups would like for him to answer it. Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate, has sent the survey to Trump and several other 2016 presidential candidates, and Trump has confirmed that he has received the survey. Part of the text of the survey reads as follows:

"We are waiting on confirmations from every candidate in both major parties and we invite support or opposition..........

"Our survey addresses the broad categories of: judicial activism in support of the homosexual agenda, the sanctity of marriage and its biblical definition, and the First Amendment mandate to protect Christian Liberty.....

"........ these are very dark times for American families. States have been stripped of their Constitutional right to define marriage as between one man and one woman, while Christian institutions and individuals are seeing homosexual 'marriage' forced upon them............

".......2016 is our chance to turn things around. But it won't happen if pro-family candidates do not speak up. We are looking for a pro-family hero -- will you be that hero?"

There are a total of eight questions, with the first one being: "Do you believe that real marriage is only between one man and one woman?"
