The rumor mills on the Duggar family cannot stop churning even if "19 Kids and Counting" has already been canceled. It seems that controversies cannot stop hounding the family, the latest one involving Jill Duggar.

Michelle Duggar may have never considered family planning, considering she has 19 kids, but the same cannot be allegedly said of Jill. Rumors have it that she is currently considering taking birth control pills. However, before people accuse her of not wanting to get pregnant, the reports clarified that the birth control pills are out of medical necessity. 

Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard are currently residing and working in El Salvador. RTE reports that just last week, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention provided travel warnings for pregnant women planning to go to Central America. According to healthcare agency, the region is currently dealing with a mosquito-borne virus associated with birth defects called the Zika Virus. The 22 states of Central America, including El Salvador, received these dire warnings. What is worrying about the Zika virus is that it can potentially put infants at risk of microcephaly, a congenital condition. Infants born with micocephaly will have abnormally small heads as well as underdeveloped brains. 

Since Jill is engaged in missionary work in El Salvador for a significant length of time, she might be worried as well. El Salvador in particular issued a warning calling all women not to get pregnant in the next two years if they can help it. Design and Trend reported that if Jill wants to avoid giving birth to a potential baby with defects, she should consider use birth control.

Duggar Family News, on their Facebook Page, also questioned whether Jill will go against some of her beliefs and principles and advise women in El Salvador to use birth control. "El Salvador is now advising women to avoid getting pregnant until 2018. Will Jill follow that advice? Birth control and any type of family planning is evil according to the Duggars. It's interfering with God's will ... Will Jill advise women in El Salvador of childbearing years to use birth control? I can't imagine she would. Jill ignoring or denying the crisis could be a death sentence for a fetus or a lifelong disability," the post said.

They might not be planning on adding to their family for a while anyway. While on their missionary work, Jill and her husband have been constantly bombarded with child abuse allegations with regarding their son, Israel. This is because Jill keeps on posting pictures of the baby with bruises here and there. They are probably normal bruises from the baby's usual falls and bumps, but concerned fans' imaginations went overdrive.
